SHIPPING POLICY

Allow us to package and complete orders within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. 

We are not responsible for lost packages unless you have communicated with the issue, we will go ahead and offer alternatives. 

Before checking out, make sure to enter your address correctly so it won’t cause a delay from our end to yours. We want packages to ship out in a timely-mannered frame.

 

How can I check my package status?

Once your order has been packaged and in this process of being shipped out you will be receiving an email including your tracking number. 

What if my tracking number has not been updated or no movement?

After your order has been packaged, we will take 1-2 days max to take it to the post office. If after 2 days it has not been updated, feel free to reach out to us.

How long does shipping take?

USPS will most likely take 2-3 days to deliver packages but due to COVID there might be a delay from their end.

REFUND POLICY

If item is damaged, broken or lost I will gladly issue a refund for that item. Keep in mind that refunds take days to be issued. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What if I have not received my items?

Please contact us and we will find alternatives for you.

Can I cancel although my items are on the way?

No, you cannot cancel or ask for a refund if your items are on the way.
